Super Mario Bros - Error!

So we noticed that the main song to our blog, Super Mario Bros, had stopped working due to some or other *cough*Technical Error*cough*. While we try and sort this error out, in the mean time here is a video that we thought you might want to see.

Enjoy :)

Some Memorable Cartoons

Some of these iconic 90's cartoons were childhood marvels. Sure there was Superman, Batman, Spiderman and the likes but these were something else. Adventure and stories that kept kids going all day. The Gummi Bears were all about adventure ad mystery. Drinking their gummi berry juice they became bouncing bears that beat Duke Igthorn everytime.

Then there was Duck Tales. This time Walt Disney decided to spin the duck story with the christmas carol of Scrooge, a super rich duck and his three nephews. Together they set out in search of treasure, mystery and much more.

Lets not forget good old Chip 'n Dale. These guys are all about lending a helping hand and having great fun too. Chipmunks before they were popular (No offence Alvin)

Then there was Talespin. Bears, flying? Wait planes? Yes bears in the air with Talespin. Just the sort of crazy fun you'd expect from the 90's

Ever tried this before

One Shadow coming up!

Have you ever had one of those moments as a kid when you tried losing your shadow? Running as fast as you could trying so desperately to lose it or jump in the air only to find your shadow doing it as well.

The joys of being a kid.

Brick games and More

Back in the 1990s, before I started varsity, high school and even primary school, entry level gaming was good ol'brick games. 9999-n-1 that sounded unbelievable. I still haven't managed to get all my fun 9999 games out of it since the 90s but that's what being a 90s kid was all about - fun in every sense of the word. Looking back now I wonder what made tetris look so interesting, along with those road crossing games that kept me going for hours on end.
Moving along there were more gaming choices later in the 90s that put a smile on a face every time. There was the infamous Nintendo Gameboy. I never really owned an original gameboy but I always wanted one. Much better than a brick game and more bits. Yes not even megabytes or gigabytes that everyone speaks of today. That was how we rolled back when technology was just a word :P

Nintendo never seized to amaze kids with their bundles of joy and tons of games. Just look at that console on the left. So little buttons, LCD screen and portable. Not so complicated like a Sony PSP but great fun for an inexpensive console. Then on the right we have the next installment of gaming excellence. The gameboy color. Yes kids, back in the day we never had color, except for that green screen. Gameboy Color changed all that with a little bit of color kids everywhere we hooked. Again I was not one of them but really loved the friend who had one.

Perhaps in a later post I will talk about the home consoles that were as awesome as the portables or even better. Oh and maybe some of my friend might blog some things as well. Hope those memories are coming back.

Feel free to like and subscribe - oh sorry wrong website :P

Pocket Pets

I'm not sure if kids nowadays still play with these but Tamagotchi's were pretty sweet back in the day. Grow pet, feed, see pet big and strong. If it died, it had a reset button. :) Man those were great.
